For many years I have had a great facination of watches. The uniqueness of each timepiece and the engineering that goes behind them can be as entrigue as the watch. Another interest of mine is forumla one racing. They call this the ultimate in man and machine. It is some of the highest technology on four wheels. When I found a watch that has a link to F1 I had to know more about it. The jacques lemans watch having ties of both of my interests make me want to know more. In my research of the watch I found the engineers of Forumla one brought in the watch makers of Japenese and Swiss and pooled there technologires to design and make Jacques Lemans timepiece. Knowing time is everything in Formula one racing, this leaves no doubt in the funcinality of this watch. Besides that if it is something related to Formula one it is cool. The racing series has tried to make every thing related or part of Formula one is state of the art. Their thought are if our racing is state of the art of body design and engine then everything that relates to Formula one should also be of hight quality and state of the art technology.
